THE BRIEF
There's often a disconnect between what employees want and what their employers provide. Business leaders need to be aware this conflict exists to drive an engaged team culture, retain top talent and attract new talent.
Insight
The content for this report was in flight. As we brainstormed ideas, we recognized the importance of photography to humanize the content.
RESEARCH & STRATEGY
We limited the palette to two core colors that, when applied as duo tones, created a fire and ice feeling. At the same time, these complementary colors also conveyed hope and optimism. We were careful not to overuse the technique and balanced it with full-color photography with large, open surroundings which allowed us to cleverly incorporate type.

Results
The concept was well-received by senior leadership and a hit at events. We landed several new job orders through webinars, and the campaign design was honored with a Graphic Design USA award.
